Common questions
Before you call
Do you provide engineering design?
No. We provide construction management support: oversight, quality assurance, scheduling, project controls and claims analysis. We do not stamp drawings or provide design services.
Can you support a FEMA-funded project?
Yes. We manage recovery projects so the work, the costs and the documents line up with FEMA Public Assistance and 2 CFR 200 requirements, which protects reimbursement.
How is owner's representative work usually priced?
Local governments often pay a fixed fee for preconstruction plus a monthly fee during construction. Federal work is usually firm-fixed-price or task orders.
